Everything is tailored to you. Your lifestyle, your goals, your nutritional preferences, your training history and any injuries or concerns. Your goal-setting session comes first where we hone in on what you want to achieve and how we’ll get you there.
2. Custom programming, calories and macros
No cookie-cutter programs here. I calculate your target calories and macros and write your training program just for you.
3. Monitor 3 metrics
I always monitor 3 metrics – your scale weight, your waist measurement and your strength progression. If you don’t measure, you’ll never know how far you’ve come!
4. Progress checks
Some clients love a weekly check in. Some feel anxious about stepping on the scales. I work with you in whatever way you feel comfy. But we’re always moving towards your goal.
